Corker: We Shouldn’t Pay For Health Care Reform with Unfunded Mandates and Money From Medicare

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bob Corker, R-Tenn., delivered remarks on the Senate floor today concerning health care reform and outlined some of his concerns with the bill currently being debated in the Senate Finance Committee, noting that health care reform should not be paid for by sending unfunded mandates to states and by taking money from Medicare to fund new federal entitlements.
