Vitter to Host U.S. Sens. Coburn and Barrasso, Members of Louisiana’s Congressional Delegation at Doctor’s Town Hall Meeting

(Washington, D.C.) – U.S. Senator David Vitter will host Louisiana Congressmen Rodney Alexander, John Fleming and Steve Scalise, as well as the U.S. Senate’s only two doctors – Tom Coburn of Oklahoma and John Barrasso of Wyoming – at a Doctor’s Town Hall Meeting at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner, La., following tours of Tulane Community Health Center at Covenant House and LSU’s Center for Advanced Practice and Student Learning Center by Senators Barrasso, Coburn and Vitter. The delegation will answer questions from the audience and discuss ways to make health care more affordable, accessible and available for American families.

Sens. Coburn and Barrasso are the hosts of the “Senate Doctors Show <https://www.republican.senate.gov/doctors/> .” The two are traveling across the country this month to discuss the ongoing debate over health care reform.
