Corker Opposes Increasing the Federal Debt Limit to $14.3 Trillion

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Bob Corker, R-Tenn., a member of the Senate Banking Committee, today voted against extending the federal debt limit from $12.4 trillion to $14.3 trillion – a $1.9 trillion increase.  The legislation passed on a party line vote of 60 – 40.
