Republicans Call for Repeal of Flawed Health Care Law
Today’s ruling does not change the fact that ObamaCare’s mandates, taxes, and higher costs are bad for America and need to be repealed.
ObamaCare is making our economy worse by driving up costs and killing jobs.
We need to repeal ObamaCare and enact commonsense, step-by-step reforms that protect Americans’ access to the care they need, from the doctor they choose, at a lower cost.
The president’s massive health care law is making things worse:
Despite Obama’s promise that his health care plan would reduce insurance premiums, premiums have increased by over $2,200 since Obama took office.
ObamaCare will increase health care costs by $311 billion through 2019.
Nearly half of small businesses that are not hiring cite the potential cost of health care regulations as a factor.
According to CBO, ObamaCare will mean 800,000 fewer jobs over the next decade.
Supreme Court confirms ObamaCare mandate is a tax on the middle class:
The Court confirmed today that the mandate is a national health care tax.
CBO projects that at least 75 percent of Obama’s mandate tax will fall on families earning less than $250,000 per year.
The only way to fix these problems is to repeal ObamaCare:
Republicans won’t repeat the Democrats’ mistakes.
We won’t rush to pass a massive bill the American people don’t support.
We need to do this the right way: no backroom deals or 2,700-page bills no one has read.
Republicans will work to repeal ObamaCare and enact commonsense, step-by-step reforms that protect Americans’ access to the care they need, from the doctor they choose, at a lower cost.
