Alexander Votes to Protect 40 Million Small Businesses from "Yet Another Job-Destroying Washington Mandate"

U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) today voted in favor of an amendment to the FAA Reauthorization bill that would repeal a section of the new health care law that requires all businesses to submit a 1099 tax form for any transaction greater than $600 in a given year, including routine transactions like the purchase of office supplies.
