- Hiring more immigration judges to address the backlog of immigration cases
- Funds efforts to combat drug trafficking and clamp down on the flow of deadly drugs like fentanyl
- No tax on overtime for law enforcement
- Increased funding for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Grant Program (Byrne JAG)*
- Increased funding for the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS), supporting boots-on-the-ground efforts to combat violent crime*

- $9B to improve service member quality of life in housing, child care, and education
- $25B for the Golden Dome for America
- $29B for Navy shipbuilding and expanding an unmanned fleet
- $25B to restock munitions and establish resilient supply chains
- $1B to accelerate fielding of emerging technology to our troops at scale
- $9B to reverse the decline in the size of the Air Force fleet and deliver the F-47 sixth-generation stealth fighter
- The largest single Coast Guard investment in history ($24B) to acquire new aircraft and ships to stop drug runners and smugglers
- Total of $12.5B for urgent technology and safety needs at the FAA, like upgrading 1960s-era radar systems
- Funding to replace more than 600 radars
- Upgrading infrastructure away from copper wires to next-generation broadband services

- Permanently renewed and enhanced Opportunity Zone program, driving $100+ billion of investment to rural and distressed communities
- Full repeal of Democrats’ $600 IRS reporting threshold, cutting red tape and creating new opportunities in the gig economy
The Working Families Tax Cut includes $3.3 billion to make America’s streets safer, including drug trafficking enforcement and grants to state and local law enforcement.
